Write to your US Congressman.

Write the Mitchells commanding officer, if you know who he is.

Write to the commander of the base where Mitchell was last stationed.

Write to the Department of Defense, which has a special laison officer for relative/families of military personnel.

Good luck.

Try www.campbell.army.mil. Somewhere on there is a post phone book, it will give you some offices that you may be able to call. Also, if you know his unit, you will be able to find that on there and contact them. The 101st is almost all home from this last deployment, so he should be in the states (or will be very shortly). Good luck!
