Have you seen an allergist or neurologist? ?

These are two very important doctors that may well help tremendously with the migraines. I have no more migraines, just some regular head pain at times.

You also, may be getting rebound migraines? Have you been
on beta-blockers?

If you really work with these doctors, you will be helped. . I was
for the first time in 20 years of migraines.

check out webmd.com also.

give it a try.

My whole family has migraine's - their very unpleasant. I always throw up, have to be very quite - no bright lights, I totally relate. If I have the slightest notion or can feel a very small headache coming on coming on, I always take a couple (2 or 3) of Aleve or Advil and if I catch it before it get's bad - it nomally will be ok or that's how I've always done it. Also a good ice pak on the head works wonder's. I feel for you - because I get at least 2 or 3 migraine's a week. Also - to help with not getting migraine's - make sure you have something to eat - I will always get a migraine if I didn't eat the day before.

What have you ever performed approximately it thus far? This might aid pare down the solutions you get. Some complications are brought about by way of dehydration. Drink tons of water in the course of the day. Tylenol with aspirin can aid, too. The throbbing you get from a headache is from the capillaries which are bringing blood on your scalp and head locations. The Tylenol is helping skinny your blood a bit in order that it throbs much less. Personally, I consider Excedrin is a greater headache treatment. It has caffeine, despite the fact that, so it is not for every person. Hope this is helping!

zomig works for me.
nasal spray.
but i also recommend yoga.
breathing (with someone like Anna Coy)
i mean breathwork
because oxygen is a known treatment
and you can increase oxygen on your own
with breathing techniques.
learning to control your body with yoga is good.
i have also heard of exercise to control migraines.
i was on a migraine list for a long time and
people actually said they found relief by exercising.
daily, not when a migraine is coming on.
makes sense having endorphins released in your brain every day might help.
god, they hurt.
