The problem with fad dieting is that they are not useful in long-term weight loss. You have to figure when you start a diet if it's something you'll be able to maintain for the rest of your life. The best way is to work yourself into a well-rounded exercise program, and paying more attention to what you eat. I would honestly check out mypyramid.com and utilize the resources there before wasting my money on books and pills.

Concerns such as Am I getting enough nutrients should be at the top of the list. I eat light, meaning I eat everything Lite! I drink tons of water and I excersize... Only one day of the week do I eat what I want, and even then its to an extent only. I take multi vitamins because sometimes salads and turkey sandwiches dont give you all of the vitamins you need. Hope this helps.
