My number one challenge to eating healthy is that right before bed, WHEN YOU SHOULD NOT EAT... I get severe muchies.... seriously bad ones. If I had a bag of doritos, or a bowl of ice cream... Id devour it. So I have learned to not even bother buying snacks and munchy stuff... Its a waste of money and Im so mad at myself for eating it later.
