Most brands of lotion have alcohol because it is used as a binder, otherwise the lotion would separate, try looking in an organic store, they would probably carry lotions without alcohol although they won't have a very long shelf life.

Most baby lotions dont have any kind of alcohol in them.

there are special lotions without alcohol for people with skin conditions .. just ask the lady from the store
