Brown spots on back of the head?

Question

Can anyone explain what this is..on the back of my head?
I had his for almost a year now..

Doctor gave me some BS about skin pigment.. how its uncontrollable..

Dermt gave me some fungus cream and hasn't change since only getting worser for 2 month now..

It doesn't hurt when pressing on it.. Please Help!..

Pigmentation? Your doctor is an idiot. Keep going back to the dermatologist. They won't give up if you don't.
