I am a 24 Y/O Catholic woman who is having a baby in January. My Fiance` is not Catholic, but he wants to learn about our religion and I don't have all of the materials or experience necessary to answer his questions. I was hoping I could find some free Catholic material and hopefully bring him home to the Catholic Church.

I am not sure if I deleted my last set of details but oh well I'll go ahead and repeat anyway. I am 24 and my fiance` and I have a baby on the way. My fiance` isn't Catholic but would like to learn about Catholicism. For the sake of our soon to be born son and maybe I can get him to convert home to the Catholic Church. Any suggestions?

Go to your Catholic Church and ask for information although they will prolly say the best information is the Catechism of the Catholic Church and that might cost you but maybe you could borrow one from somebody in your Church.

Catholic Answers is an apologetics site, might be helpful:

Also check out the Catholic Home Study Service:
http://www.amm.org/chss.htm
They send you a free book, you fill out some simple study questions as you reed the book, then they send you a more advanced book at no cost. Up to seven free books, I think.

Watch EWTN on cable TV.

Inside the front doors of nearly every Catholic Church is a rack of brochures of some kind - in the narthex.

These people are pretty nice, too:

If your fiance is interested in joining or just learning more about the Catholic Church, contact your local parish and ask about information about their RCIA Inquiry group.

He (or both of you) can go and ask any questions you want.

This is the first step in RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) but you can stop at any time.

There is no obligation to become a Catholic.

With love in Christ.

Why not go to your local Parish, and ask for help there. In the very same words you asked here. On line you can go to EWTN.org I am not certain how much is free, and if you ask, they as well can guide you where to go and find the free help you need. God Bless you and the baby you are carrying, and your soon to be husband as well.

See if your church has any. Mine has a League of Mary that provides free pamphlets and tapes. OR, try online. Lots of free information on the net.
