i recommend forgetting about religion for a moment, and focus on other priorities like getting a job for example.

hi priya,
i think u are telling something lie, plz don't be angry on this comment ! u should answer this question " how many hindu's are living in very poor condition in India ? have they all changed their religion due to only this because they r poor n no hindu had helped them " u r running away n u do not want to face the truth i.e. poverty. u should face it, do something better to all poor peolpe as u already have an idea of starting NGO. u should contact to your local district administration, definetely, they will help. if u could tell me that where u people r living, then we can in better position to guide u n help u all. but don't worry, be positive, be brave, u will certainly overcome this poverty. i have seen in u, a very brave leadership, don't be disappointed.
best of luck

Whether any community or person gives you aid or not is really up to the individual... Just because you are a Hindu or Christian or Buddhist or any faith doesnt COMPEL anyone to HAVE TO help you.

What happens when your new faith doesn't give you the new Mercedes sports that you want, then, are you gonna skip to the next religion and then the next and the next religion? Churches, Mosques and Temples are sacred places of worship and communion with the Divine, they are not meant to be an ATM machine booth or a Cola Vending machine.
