Can emulators be played with PSP firmware 2.82?

Just a question for you guys, would anyone know if i can play sega megadrive emulators on my PSP even though i have updated it to the firmware 2.82?
Any good links on where the emulators are as well as the roms??

in case you positioned CFW on you may receive some project that helps you to practice the GPS mission, you're prepared to do it the hardmod way (you may want to make a battery unusable ) or you're prepared to do it the softmod way (you want an already cracked psp)
