*** not happy? looking for something more? looking for someone to make you feel happy? feeling like u can't leave or you're scared to go and be on your own?
i can totally sympathize w/ those people who are in relationships where they're not happy. we're SPOSE to be happy. thing is...get out. if you're not happy chances are your "other half" isn't
happy either. end one relationship BEFORE u start another. morally u owe it to them.

I cheated twice in my life. Once when 17 and the next at 20. Haven't since and never will again. Been cheated on too. Many more times. I cheated back then because things were going bad in the relationships and cheating made me feel better for the time being. I guess I was must immature. Would never think of doing it now as an adult. I have no idea why adults cheat. I guess for the same reasons I did. But I think most of the cheating is going on for selfish reasons. The guys who cheated on me had no reason to other than they wanted to.

Cheating occurs when one of the following happens: You are introduced to it by someone cheating on you, hurt; or, you are compensating for a lack of something within you. These could include trust and/or self-esteem issues. It is like an addiction, once started, it is difficult to stop because you've become accustomed to it. It takes prayer. I know, this habit plagued me for some time. A good woman/man has the power to assist you as well.

This is a difficult question to answer because there can be many reasons, depending on the individual doing the cheating. I am not a cheater, I respect myself and my partner too much.
However, I have been cheated on and it is very painful. The person who did this to me was a very weak person. He didn't have self respect or respect for me. Because he was a weak person, I FEEL it was his way of building up his ego.

I have read some books on this issue and it usually comes down to a few things. Lack of something in the relationship and or temptation and the thrill or just thinking your not gonna get caught. It's stupid because you Will get caught. Couples need to learn how to communicate more with each other. If you truly are in love with someone why take that risk and destroy something so beautiful

That's hard to answer. I cheated on the guy I love. Why? I don't know. I was mad, the other guy was different, it was exciting. My husband never found out but the guilt that followed, omg. I'll never do it again.

It depends on the person but from my personal experience I did it because I wasn't being fulfilled sexually and I needed to feel wanted again. It's not because I didn't love my partner, I just needed to get my horniness over and done with.

my ex cheated on me because he liked the rush of having girls fall for him and he liked to have his ego stroked (thus he always cheated w girls that were easy and that he would never consider relationship material)
I cheated on him to get back at him and because it is just so darn easy as a girl (I was heartbroken and angry so I figured why stay faithful to a cheater?)

BECAUSE OF THE RUSH.....THE FEAR OF GETTING CAUGHT. KNOWING THAT YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING THAT YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO IS AN APHRODISIAC IN ITSELF. AND ONCE YOU DO IT THE FIRST TIME AND GET AWAY WITH IT, THEN IT'S SOMETHING YOU'VE JUST GOT TO DO AGAIN. EVERY ENCOUNTER IS THAT MUCH MORE OF A RISK........MEANING THAT MUCH MORE OF A TURN ON................VERY VICIOUS CYCLE.
