I am searching for a program (preferably free) that will allow me to keep all of my digital images the exact size. I have a website on MSN and can't get images to be proper proportions while using JASC paint shop. Thanks for your help! (I'm experienced in Photoshop, but do not have and can't purchase right now.)

Get GIMP at http://www.gimp.org/windows/
It's free and is as good or better than the expensive PhotoShop by Adobe.

Try Picassa by Google which is an amazing free software and that helps your organize your pictures. It also comes up with an array of features that helps your categorize, tag and make your photo collection more accessible.
I especially liked the one touch special effects (red eye correction, smoothing, tinting, auto contrast, auto color etc.) and tools that makes working on pictures a snap! Highly recommended!!
