simple solution, always works for me, get a CLEAN flannel, put in hot water, with NO soap or anything else on it, just water, and wash face, and pat dry with a clean dry towel.
p.s. wash your hands before bed aswell, because you may touch your face in the night, and spread germs.
hope this helps xx

sulphur topicaly and you can find a pill form for orally sulphur was the leading antibiotic in america for hundreds of years we only forgot about it like 40 years ago you can find sulphur in any health food store in pill form in the homeopathic section do not be confused by msm although msm is good cause it will make your skin just seem to glow and make your hair and nails beautiful.{the first time i walked into elliots and asked about sulphur the clerk askes "is it for hair and nails and skin?" i said to him "um its for acne......so i guess for skin" well, i got the wrong kind. its good stuff but you need the homeopathic kind costs a
round 6 dollars and also wallmart has a sulphur cream salve
10%for like 3 dollars in the salves section in pharmacy usually in the fungal cream, psoriasis, bug bite salve section .also take garlic pills it helps alot because of the sulpher in the garlic 1000mg up to 3000mg and youll see a difference right away.

I disagree about proactive, but if it works for you why change it? I use organic skin care by eminence it works amazing for me. Also taking oil of oregano helps too.
