There is always the opposite of everything we are aware of. Therefore; yes it is possilbe for a person to live without believing in good, unfortuntely.

there is no one who can live life without good any more than they can live life without bad. we are mortals and there is an old Cherokee Legend each mortal has two wolves inside us. one represents good the other represents evil. the one that is winning is the one which is fed the most.

Definitely not, but who defines wht 'good' is? Isn't it such an elastic word that we need a superior One to tell us hat it is so as we do not interpret it according to ou personal interest.
