she is so hostil, with everibody from work bad my boss apresiate that person because she is profesional what she do ,is ok but her caracter is bad.

When a person treats you badly, it is usually for two reasons. 1- they are jelous of you for some reason ( insecure) or 2- they have also been treated this way and don't know how to be nice.
Stay away from them if you can't talk to your boss about it. If you can't keep your distance , don't let them get to you. Kill them with true kindness . Tell them your sorry they are such an unhappy person but you'd prefer them not stressing out around you. They are not worth your unhappiness. Don't give them the power to decide how your day is going to be. Let them be unhappy in their own little world because your world is too special for them to degrade it. Imagine yourself in a white happy bubble and all the bad energy just bounces off. Sounds corny but visualizing it can help you emotionally achieve it. Good Luck.

Being hostile is not professional. Be firm and assertive. Put her in her place and don't back down. Every office has one of these. For the most part, they've been there for years, no social skills, and unattractive.

try to ignore her as much as possible... if it gets too bad and she does something on a personal level that upsets you - go to her boss(even if he likes her alot) and tell him it is very hard for you to get your job done with her attitude in the office...PR skills are an important part of being professional...she should really work on that...dont take it personall if she does this to everyone, maybe she needs to see a shrink...
