The government's not, but I've seen them in several bibles. I think some enterprising (and fed up) rationalists have taken the campaign on themselves. See examples below:

Given the violent and unconscionable behavior contained within those pages, you're definitely on to something here! Particularly given the fact that the content is professed to be the word of god. Can you imagine the cost in Behavioral Modification if everyone accepted it as absolute truth? Astonishing!

Why should they?
However I believe that one day they will; and further more they will outlaw the book. When they do RUN! because when it gets to that point we are in some serious, and evil trouble.
