You will find that most people dont need to cuss because they are adults and have nothing to prove. Those that cuss a blue streak, are trying to act big and want to be seen so, they call attention to themselves.
I work in an area where lots of people interact with each other and cussing is very limited, just because we are all adults and dont have too., we all know the words, have probably used them before, but as a team, we dont need to use them.

I don't cuss, I don't think that makes me weird. Don't you just hate when people think every other word should be a cuss word?
It really does show they have a lack of maturity! Nothing weird in having clean vocabulary skills!

It is your acquaintances that are weird. You don't have to stoop to cussing. Cussing is the crutch of people who lack language skills. You do not lack language skills. Start there and look up a different word in the dictionary every day. Check out the pronunciation and the meaning.

I am like that everyone around me curses too but i don't. Just because they do doesn't mean i have to follow the crowd. No cussing is your belief and people, especially your friends, should be able to respect that.

Yes, I know lots of people who don't cuss, and that's a good thing. By not cursing you sound more intelligent when conversing anyway.

Cussing is not a sign of maturity. It is quite the opposite. Not cussing is not weird, different or out of the ordinary. I say hooray for you gosh darnit

It's not a sign of insecurity or fear or anything like that.. they're just words, only words.. that's like never saying "funking." There's nothing wrong with saying them at appropriate times if nobody is gonna get mad at you. Also, there is nothing wrong with not saying them either.. They're just ******* words.. :)

Profanity is usually a sign of immaturity and fear coupled with a severe lack of vocabulary. Look at the people who swear....does it make them appear to be older, smarter, or bigger...uh, no! I rest my case.

People with good vocabularies don't need to curse. They have better, more descriptive words to use for every occasion. Be glad you're one of them and don't feel the need to apologize.
