I had a doctor once who I thought did so poorly, I actually got up and walked out after demanding he take the speculum out of me. The nurse finally did it. And as I was leaving another doctor I had been to came out and I told him NO ONE BETTER SEND ME A BILL FOR THIS NUTJOB and they didn't. Sounds like you already paid, but I would call and voice my complaint and ask them to refund my money, if they don't you can file a complaint with the AMA and BBB and if I were you, I would if he did something inappropiate or was negligient in some way. Hope this helps you!

You can report this doctor to your State's Board of Healing Arts. You can tell your friends and family not to use this doctor. You can learn from your mistake -- do research and get a 2nd opinion before having any proceedure done. You can hire a lawyer and try to recover your costs IF you HAD to have the proceedure re-done by another doctor. But I wouldn't hold my breath about getting a refund, sorry.

I know of a dentist who dropped the tooth he had just extracted down the young patient's mouth, resulting in the boy having to have a chest x-ray to make sure the tooth wasn't in his lungs. The poor little guy was still druggy and weeping. When the mother asked the dentist if they would be shown any monetary consideration for the worry and discomfort, the dentist said there would be no charge for the procedure. Good for the dentist (who was probably happy not to be sued!) and good for the mother for asking. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. P.S. The little guy was my grandson.

I even have had 3 babys... I had one male well being care expert of the three. i did no longer get to choose who i had to furnish my 2d 2. With my first the well being care expert suggested the charts that she became on call 24/7 for my babys beginning so as that she would be there. i'm due with my 4th infant on June 20. I rather could no longer care if its a male or lady well being care expert. I care greater that the well being care expert is beneficial, being concerned and careful in his/her artwork. Edit. Sorry to take heed to of your undesirable journey. you will desire to communicate inclusive of your ob appropriate to the situations and that they are able to offer help to out. yet while something happens and you will't have a girl furnish your infant... you relatively have not have been given plenty to rigidity approximately. there will be a rather good variety of nurses and human beings around you once you're giving beginning that a guy would have not have been given any threat of doing something irrelevant.

If you have health insurance and they made a payment to this doctor, you should report him/her to the insurance company. They keep records of these things. Also, you don't know how many other people have complained about this doctor...there may be many. Insurance companies will take a doctor off their approved list if they have a lot of complaints about one. I've seen this done.

Perhaps you should call a medical malpractice lawyer. Consultations are usually free, and if the mouthpiece thinks you got a case, well, you might be in for more than just a refund.

You can always request the refund, but I don't know if you will get the money back or not.

You might try small claims court. There is a fee
for filing, and if you win you get your money back.

You can just ask them and if that doesn't work, you could sue for malpractice.
