NO..NO..NO..Dont do it!
The first few days after 'wisdom' extractions.. WE restrict people to soft foods only. 3 days isnt long enough... You wont be able to enjoy that Turkey or Ham. Your jaw will (may) become sore as well, once you start eating normal foods again. I wouldnt get them out yet, if your wanting to enjoy the holiday feast! Afterwards YES... and you'll be healed in time to again enjoy the Christmas feast, if you have one.

That's tough - I had all four (2 impacted) taken plus a molar at once on a Thursday afternoon and was in bed through Sunday late late afternoon. I barely ate, just slept the whole time.
Eat the soft foods - potatoes, squash, etc. - and in small bites. Be sure to rinse your mouth out when you're done, and brush your teeth to boot just to be safe.
I wouldn't count on it being a great day, you will be sore, still swollen and just generally feeling like you just had your teeth pulled. I would move the appointment if possible if the day is very important to you. On the other hand, that might be the best time to do it since you'll have a week to recover before going back to work (I presume).
If you have friends & family you can rely on, I would recommend asking them to hang out at your place while you convalesce - I didn't think I'd need it but my mother insisted and it turned out to be a big help. You absolutely need a ride to/from the office regardless of getting sedation.
Good luck.

I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed it took me atleast 10 days for to chew and eat my food.
So if you are having all 4 , i think it will be difficult. But if you are removing on one side and the other side is fine, then you might manage.
Why don't you have it done after thanksgiving, so you can be healed by Christmas.
This way you can enjoy both the holidays

Soft foods only I would think..mashed potatoes, gravy, jellied cranberry sauce..but nothing you have to chew. Sure am sorry if you have to experience that but once your wisdoms are gone then you will be able to enjoy a lot more food later. Enjoy your Thanksgiving at any rate.

Do NOT eat the turkey. It could pack in the holes. You can enjoy the mashed potatos, gravy, etc --- BUT take little bites and don't chew to much. Roll it around to get the flavor and swallow. Drink lots of water and RINSE afterwards.

Probably to some extent...I think I was only on strong pain med for 2 or 3 days (it's been many years)...the soft stuff should be no problem...ask your dentist before you have it done if you should be back on regular food by then...

It depends..if you need them extracted (where they go into your gums and u have stitches) then definitely not. If you have them just pulled out then MAYBE..I had 4 of mine extracted and had 16 stitches and was not allowed to eat solid foods for a week

Depends on what transpires during their removal and whether or not you get a "dry socket". If they aren't bothering you, postpone it. Otherwise go ahead because you won't enjoy it anyway and who knows, you might do just fine.

NO NOT REALLY
YOU WILL BE VERY SORE AND THE DENTIST WILL ADVISE YOU NOT TO CAUSE ANYSUCTION IN YOUR MOUTH TO PREVENT DRY SOCKET
DRY SOCKET IS CAUSED WHEN THE GUM DOESN'T CLOSE AND IT LEAVES YOUR BONE EXPOSED
VERY PAINFUL
I WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR TEETH PULLED AFTER THANKSGIVING
