You need to be evaluated and see why you have the knee pain. To continue running with it could cause long term injury to a joint that may have something going on inside it.

Before you continue to run, please go see your doctor and get a check on it. It could be something minor like a strain, or torn meniscus cartilage in the knee which, if you keep running, can cause bigger problems.

If you're having knee pain, you should check it out with a doctor in case you're doing more damage to it.
