Without knowing what I personally like to eat, describe what you would cook (or for your mate if you have one), the courses, and what extra things would you do to make the date oh so yummy?

What is for dessert (you can take this any way you want to)?

food or me is like everything else in the world...generally consumed without a thought of what you are actually doing...food is there and every taste and flavour should be savoured along with the experience of how the food feels to you...so if i were cooking up a romantic or saucy meal for someone i would probably start with champagne, strawberries ...then move on to something like pasta...with fresh baked bread...then sorbet with rosehip sauce and hibiscus flowers....followed by a nice grand marnier or something similar with ice on the side...the extra would be that the food that i chose is all designed to evoke the senses i some way or another...tasting would of course be done blindfold to heighten the senses...mmm and here's me cooking beans on toast,lol...;0)

Just say I am cooking for you and since I am not sure what type of food you like, I would start out with a garden salad nothing fancy just a basic salad, then I would serve you the main course which will be oven roasted chicken, baked potatoes, and steamed mixed vegetables. Now for dessert you will have to email me to find out what I have in mind for you

I would stuffed Chicken breast with bacon bits and bread crumbs served with jasmine rice and a Ceasar Salad. As for dessert, well, I would serve whipped cream topped on a a glazy strawberry fruit tart, Now what to serve the dessert on, that's all up to you. Hungry????

my husband LOVES my apple cider pork chops and stuffed mushrooms- so I'd probably make that maybe some asparagus spears on the side.. and some wine. For dessert, I'd give him a bottle of chocolate syrup, some whipped cream, and cherries and let him decide how to use them ;)
