It's give or take with girls... but the general rule of thumb that I've heard and found to be pretty close to true is a 5 foot girl should weigh about 100 lbs. Add 5 pounds for every 1 inch above that.
A healthy 5'2" girl would be aprox. 110.
A 5'6" girl would be 130.
It's all aprox. and just guide lines.

That depends on a variety of factors. What is your bone structure like? Denser bones mean higher weight. What is your muscle build like? If you wish to be particularly muscular, you might weigh more.
A good way to figure out optimum body build is to get a body fat percentage test. Being skinny is not all there is to looking good, I imagine you want your body to be relatively firm as well. Anorexics have tremendously high body fat percentages, even though they are very skinny. This is because when the body is not getting enough fuel it breaks down the tissue that uses the most energy to maintain to use as fuel first. Muscle takes a lot of energy to maintain, fat takes next to none. I'm not calling you anorexic, but its an example of how you can be really skinny, but whats there is flabby, gross and filled with fat.
A healthy body fat percentage for a women, depending on build and genetics is usually between 10 and 30%. See a nutritionist about getting a pinch test done to see what your body fat percentage is if you want a really accurate reading. Other than that, you can find formulas online to estimate your percentage by taking measurments of certain parts. The Army measures females by measuring their hips, forearm, wrist and neck. Big hips increases your percentage, big arms, wrists and necks decreases it.

Between 100lb and 135lb. No more than 30% body fat, ideally less than 25% body fat. No more than a 32 inch waist, ideally 28 inches or less. HTH : )

this is a tool you can use.... it can vary from person to person, how active you are, amount of muscle, etc... but I would say about 110-130 is a healthy range...
