Writing to you from near Ann Arbor... I would have to say,
BRATWURST!
Bratwurst, simmered in beer, butter and onions, then grilled (for marks more than anything,) then returned to the bath. These will keep hot and delish for hours. Frees up the cook, and with some kraut and condiments, your ravenous horde will take care of themselves.
Oh! And beer! Lot's and lots of the weirdest beers you can find.

Michigan has the most Coney Island restaraunts in the country.
But I would cater to it's diverse culture
Polish food - gwumpky's or pigs in the blanket - Perogy's
Mexican food - Taco's or Fajita's
Irish food - Corned beef and cabbage
I can't think of one dish that I would like that's middle eastern except for some lebanese dishes.... kibbe or Kibbeh is good.
But I would go easy on yourself and enjoy the game!
Brat's and Chilli dogs
Enjoy and Go Blue
