This lottery winning e-mail gives me contact info for the lottery promoters (supposed to be accredited), contact info for the bank that does their payouts, complete with ph# and fax# and e-mail. How can I tell if this is legit? All contacts are in Amsterdam, The Netherlands

NO I think this is a scam. When you call them or email them, they'll probably have you send them money or something like that. Do not give out any personal information. You didn't buy or enter into any lottery there, why would you be a winner!
