I keep getting telephone calls from 1999099909999, I think that it is some sort of telemarketer but it is too long for a telephone number, and switchboard can't find it. What is it and should I answer it?

it might be a computer SIP number calling you!....when I call myself from my computer...I get all 7's....

It's done through caller ID spoofing. The caller can pay for a service to send a bogus number as caller id. Not much you can do about it, except add your phone number to the national do not call registry - donotcall.gov
