If there isn't any chemistry then there isn't any chemistry and there is nothing you can do to change that.

You can't - sexual chemistry is a natural and innate drive which tells us which mates would be the most suitable to forward our genes with...not everyone can have healthy children with everyone and we all are looking for something different..for example it has been found that extremely tall and short people often can be attracted to one another, it is reasoned that on a sub-conscious level this might be to cancel out the extremities of both their heights etc
Obviously it is way more complicated than that but it certainly explains why sometimes all of us are not attracted to people who on paper should in theory be perfect for us and opt instead for perhaps someone much less compatible/more unhealthy relationship..
What you can do if there is even a glimmer of sexual chemistry there is to go down the companionate love road - that is when proximity to another person, quality time, laughs etc mean that people we may not at first have considered fanciable kind of grow on us. This can only work as I say if there is a slight spark to begin with.
Good luck

Sexual chemistry is something that comes natural.. You can't fake it or create it..
You might try the art of seduction as an alternative.. but that's not for everyone.. you gotta be pretty dam* good at it if there's no kind of chemistry...

Well - if you ever do manage to create something out of nothing, I'd like to know about it!
