I have a photo that Id think would look cool as a cartoon but I dont know how to do it. Im kinda going for the look that the MTV show 'Yo Momma' has in the beginning... can anyone help me?

Go to the "FIlter" Dropdown menu and select "Artistic" then "watercolor"
