I ate Taco bell at like...12:30 on sunday afternoon, and at around 10:00 at night I started vomiting every 5 minutes until 8:00 AM Monday morning, and i couldnt sleep at all, I had VERY severe pains in my stomach that made me cry out. And its now wednesday and i still feel kinda ill, How long can this last?

Do you still have your till ticket of that shop? Also keep in mind that it can be something else.
Go to the doctor test your blood.

I got food poisoning from Dairy Queen once and I was sick for a week. And when I say sick, I mean I felt like I was dying kind of sick. I went to the doctor and found out that the kind of food poisoning I had was from an employee not washing their hands after they went to the bathroom. My doctor recommended that I not take things like Pepto-Bismol or Immodium because they only pro-long the symptoms. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and let it run it's course. Once you are feeling better and able to eat, try to eat foods that will give you energy and stay away from sweets. Then you should start to get back to normal.

Should have went to a doctor. Could have been food poisoning and maybe affecting others too. The health unit would investigate and maybe others would not get sick too.

It will last for a week or longer..... you should get some rest and see if that helps...
