Tell her that you have stronger feelings for her than just friendship. Good Luck!

Ask her for a Saturday night date and tell her it's a date so she knows that you aren't asking her out for a friendly invitation. Get through the date before you decide something heavy about whether she should be a girlfriend.

Talk to her and find out what she thinks about the idea of you two becoming more than just friends....or you could just ask some of her friends what she thinks of you and if word gets back about you asking what she thinks....then you can start from there and tell her your reasons for asking around.

if you really like her, tell her that you want to take her out on date somewhere ( make sure it's a nice place ). at that point, tell her how you truly feel about her and say that you think we you two should be more than friends. then try to give her a kiss and see what happens from that.

start a normal conversation, and once in a while drop her a comment like, "i like your hair", "you have really pretty eyes" well you get the idea, but say it tranquile, don't get nervous, and see what she says, if she gets embarrased its because she likes you too.
