When I was pregnant with my son, I was going through a divorce so my money was limited. I would save up so that every Friday, I could get a milkshake from McDonald's. Everytime I went there, either the machine was broken or they were cleaning it. One day, it ws about 97 degrees and I REALLY wanted a milkshake and once again the machine was down. I had had it. I started screaming "Every Friday, I come in here to get a milkshake and every week you're doing something to the machine. Why are you cleaning the machine at lunch time!!! Why is it so difficult for a pregnent woman to get a F*****G milkshake!!!" People were grabbing their kids as if I had a gun. The manager came running to see what was going on. He tried to calm me down with no luck. In the end, I walked out of that store with $20 in gift certificates with the promise to never enter that particular store again.

never a craving fit with me- but I did throw a fit whenat 8 months pregnant I came out of Trader Joes and saw that 4 different people had decided to stack their shopping carts together right in back of my parked car. I forcefully rolled all 4 carts -still stuck together- into the side of the building and everyone in the parking lot hastily packed up their cars and got the hell out of there.

Did you say onions??? Let's get together for an onion with ketchup fest! I don't like onions that much when not pregnant but with this pregnancy - just the smell of onions makes me crave them. I went to plant onions in my garden and the smell from the bag was so good I was ready to eat them raw. Now you are making me want onion rings. They have the best ones at IHOP - they use the real whole juicy round slices of onion. They serve them hot and crispy on the outside with the breading and they are not too greasy. It's not the same when it's the chopped up little bits of onions inside. My previous pregnancies I didn't really crave onions but this one - I'm really with you - let's get together! Ha ha! Chilis had an onion blossom but they took it off the menu because of the fat content and they just have these onion strings - they are just not the same as the flavor of the big juicy hot slices - mmmmmmmmmmm! You can come over anytime - just bring the onions! You can make your own onion blossom at home - they have kits at certain grocery stores. Then you can control the grease content. Baked breaded onions - that's easy just slice up some onions and dip them in beaten eggs. Roll them in bread crumbs and bake them at 350 degrees for probably about 15-20 minutes. Then you have a healthy onion treat without all the grease. It's too late at night for me to make them - but there's always tommorrow for breakfast! You do have to watch for the oil cooked onion rings because they can cause issues with reflux and acid indigestion while pregnant too - so do remember that!

LOLOLO. You are funny. Pregnancy does make those hormones groan!
I would always get the worst cravings for some thing that it would be impossible to get. Like with my first child I craved foot long hot dogs from Dania pier in Dania Florida. The piers restaurant closed at 5:00 and I,d get these cravings at midnight and it was so bad . Nothing else would do. I eventually got smart and would go during the day and get extras.
Don,t we just love prgnancy?

how funny is that,i've never been that desperate.but having said that,my craving with my 2nd child was chips and a bowl of syrup(heated in the microwave)i used to dip my chips in the syrup,i lived above a chip shop at the time,so they never ran out of chips, and i made sure i'd got a big tin of syrup in the cupboard.if i couldnt get them, i dont know what i'd have done,so cant imagine what you went through.if you ever get pregnant again, try a craving for wall plaster etc,at least you'll be able to get it more freely, only joking.ha ha
