If the items in question were just sent to the recycle bin then yes it's just a matter of restoring them. Otherwise, you may have to utilize a data recovery application such as StompSoft's Recover Lost Data. This will allow you to recover items that have been deleted out of the recycle bin.

If you have emptied your recycle bin, no way you can undelete them. But,if you didn't, just right click on the file in recycle bin and choose RESTORE. It will be sent to the place where it was.

Contrary to what others have said above, you definitely can get files you've deleted back, in fact they're not really even deleted even if you emptied the recycle bin, they're only flagged by the Operating System as free space, the file is still there until Windows decides to write something else over them, try a few of the data recovery programs that are available.

If that doesn't work and if they are really important files, a data recovery service like http://www.drivesavers.com can probably get them back, but not cheaply.

If you haven't emptied your recycle bin, you might by right click>>undelete or go to recycle bin>> restore or cut and paste the files to different destination.

Certainly. Just go to the item in your recycle bin and right click on it. Then choose "Restore".
