You lose weight by buring more calories than you consume.
Cut your daily calorie intake down to between 1500 and 2000 a day (see http://www.calorielab.com if you want to check calories for some foods you eat) and eat healthy...no junk food, no sodas, no fried food, no sweets, etc...drink lots of water...eat mostly fruits and veggies and lean meats and whole grain products...
Exercise daily...try to shoot for at least 30 mins of cardio a day...and build up to an hour or more (you can break it up if you don't have time or stamina to do a workout all at one time).
I know it's tough...I've been there...but it's worth it...good luck!

How old are you? Try walking for 10 minutes a day, if this doesn't tire you, go for 30 minutes. Get rid of ALL white flour and refined sugar from your diet,,,read labels carefully...can eat what you want in amounts that are filling of all other foods...this is a slow but sure way to loose weight.
