Will the DMV be nice and give me my licence 1 day early?
because im suppost to get my licence on the 18th, but since the 18th is on a saturday, and the DMV is closed for the weekend, i was hoping that they'll give me my licence on the 17th, insted of monday when they open back up....

When did the DMV start being closed on saturdays? ours are open until 12:30 on saturdays

Yes, the DMV typically will break the rules if you ask them for a favor that is really stupid to ask.

Nope, sorry. My 21st birthday was on a Sunday, and they would not take my alcohol restriction off on Saturday. Just suck it up and wait until Monday.

No way. They will claim that their computers are programmed in such a way, that if the date is one day short of your birthday, the info will not be able to be processed.

Don't count on it.

Government does things on their own timetable. Be THANKFUL if you get it on the actual day you're supposed to.

.you my try maybe some one will be in a good mood if all else you maybe able to do all the paper work on that day .

nope they are really seroius about that cause if you get stopped py the police and they find out your lisence is not valid yet they will fire who ever gave it to you
