I don't have a clue! I would like to know how to get disability. Then I would like to find this person and ask how.

Because they have the time now. Most people on disability would rather be working, but if they can't work, they needn't be imprisoned between four walls.

they can go anywhere they please. disability doesn't mean you can't travel.
