BTW means by the way, like as in bringing up something you forgot to tell them earlier. like " By the way, The dog ate your underwear again." =)

btw may mean a lot of things.... depending where you are located in the world..an abreviation, company..u never really know... but on chatting with someone, btw mostly means "by the way".... so yeah... :) hope i helped!
