It means she isn't interested, maybe not now, maybe not ever. Keep on going until you ask out a girl that is excited and don't accept crumbs by going into her restaurant like you can't find a girl that is available and excited to be with you. The best revenge is living well!

"kelc" is definitely right.
She is trying to tell you in a nice way that she doesn't want to be bothered with you. If she really was attracted to you, she would make time for you no matter how busy she was.
You should just try to be friends and not put pressure on her about going out with you. If you're a good guy and "good for her", she will sooner or later notice it and she'll invite you to a dinner or something. But don't turn her off by bugging her about going out.
Just say "hello" every once and a while, and give her a compliment or two every now and then. Show her you care sometimes (but not with gifts), just a card on birthdays, advice, opinions, and conversation.

I think she is trying to tell you in a nice way that she doesn't want to go out. When I was dating if I really liked someone I would go out with them no matter what I was busy with.

She doesn't know how to tell you that she isn't interested in dating you. If a girl likes you, she will tell you which day she is available and make sure that she gets to go out with you.
She basically doesn't want to hurt your feelings.

it's the equivalent of saying "sorry, i have to wash my hair that day" or "there is this letter i've been meaning to write to my favorite detergent company"... basically it's a "don't call us, we'll call you... if ever" strategy. let it go man, she is as far from interested as she could politely be... so go find another gal.

i guess she feels its better to say that so she doesnt have to tell you that shes not interested in going out on a date with you or dating you. what she should do is tell you that shes just not that into you. take care and good luck. i wouldnt waste my time on this one.

Maybe it just means that she is busy. Maybe she has other things going on that you are not aware of.
