I actually don't blame either one. Both are victims, in a way. Our economic system seems to demand the illegals and the economic system of the illegals seems to demand that they sneak in here and take the jobs. We're all messed up. Sorry, I have to tell the truth according to how I see it.

The business owner's who exploit the illegals. They are greedy and there is a world of difference in greed and trying to provide food, clothing and housing for your family. By underbidding jobs because they don't pay ss or workman's comp or offer insurance then they get the job over a business owner who does do these things and are still able to pocket more money than the guy hiring legal workers both american and immigrants. If we hit these business's hard it would help with the whole problem. If immigrants thought the only way to get a job was to be legal they would stop coming illegally and since most of these greedy business owner's are Americans then we should enact laws against them because if laws were enacted and enforced against them a lot of them would stop.

Both. The cheap business owners doing illegal things to make money. The illegals coming over here knowing that they can make money working for these cheap business owners.

The business owners. If they wouldn't hire, the Illegals would have to go home. What a unique concept! But mostly, I blame our Government for not enforcing what laws are in place, to both penalize the business owners and export the Illegals.

I blame the government of the country they come from.
Why should I balme someone who wants to make more money? The business wants to show a bigger profit and the illegal wants to improve their lot in life. Do you really have a problem with either of those?
Just be glad the US deosn't border with places like Somilia or North Korea. Those people will literally work for nothing just to have a roof over their heads.

You know, you could blame both, but what would it solve? You could also blame the government for not taking better care of their people. You could blame society for being greedy for more than they have. You could blame a lot of things, but it doesn't eliminate the fact that it's happening. I was fortunate enough to have been born in the US. I can't even imagine what those people are going through to find a better life for their families. Do I like it that part of my taxes go towards the social agencies that handle their needs? Not any more than I like parts of my taxes going towards housing convicted murderers for the rest of their lives. But, I also can't imagine a world where there is no place to run to. What if it were our country that we were trying to escape? Would we want another country to let us in? By the same token, I think they should come in legally, and do what they need to do in order to become citizens of this country, even learning the language. I think this is the biggest sticking point on this issue. We are a country based on law. So when we hear of people doing things illegally, we get upset. We want things to be done fairly, and by the law. So, I can understand both sides of this issue. In answer to your question....neither. When no one applies for a job you've posted, except for a certain race of people, you just take what you can get in order to get the job done. If enough people were signing up for these jobs, the illegals would be out of a job, wouldn't they? But, in many places of this country, no one wants these kinds of jobs because they don't pay the big bucks. Maybe if Americans weren't so picky...well, that's another argument. Of course, this is just my opinion. <*)))><

Both
The business owner is a doosh..plain and simple.
As for the illegal..I don't hate him or her..I can understand it and I will even admit I would probably do the same thing if positions reversed.
But just because I would do it too if I were them doesn't mean it is right, doesn't mean the problem should not be fixed...just a bum deal
but hey that's life...as one of the wisest men I have ever heard said:

Oh, come on guys. Someone knowingly breaks the law to come and take services they don't pay for. They get fake ID which they present to an employer who under labor laws was NOT ALLOWED TO CHALLANGE IT (they just changed the guidelines for this). And then if an employer relies on the illegal ID from the person illegally there, the employer is SOLELY to blame?
Granted the employer has blame if they should have known. But not the ONLY blame.

If agencies do not employ unlawful immigrants then they could ought to employ voters. individuals all too many times do not favor those jobs, seeing them as below them. in spite of that, the business employer might want to be required to pay a minimum of minimum salary, which cuts into salary. I do locate it interesting that people protecting capitalism and the loose marketplace turn round and say that low priced unlawful immigrant problematical artwork is a nasty ingredient. Edit: sure, they could bypass on that more effective value of problematical artwork to their customer. Then they run the probability of their competition beating them fee-sensible, perhaps by creating use of an similar unlawful problematical artwork that employer not makes use of. customers will typically purchase the most inexpensive, maximum accessible product. problematical artwork expenditures are the first and simplest expenditures that agencies reduce, many times capturing themselves contained in the foot contained in the approach.

I can blame the illegal immigrant for coming in that way but I would say the blame lies moreso with the employers who give them a reason to come in the first place.
