You can, but in all honesty, if you want it removed you should pay a professional to remove it. There are no over the counter creams or pills that will get rid of it and if you try to cut if off you're bound to get a bad infection.
So save your money and pay to have laser removal.
If its a fake tattoo or henna try rubbing alcohol or Lava soap and scrub the area daily if need be.

If you are talking about a temp tattoo..which no one thought of here...then try baby oil. a henna tattoo, or indian black ink tattoo, i do belive you have to wait for those to fade. a real tattoo, you need to go to a doc to have removed.

you cant. it needs to be done by a dermotologist, with a laser. and it might take multipul sittings depending on the colors used.
well, i guess you could cut it out, but you need to cut down into the fat. good luck with that one.

I am told that vinegar works depending on the ink. put it on a cloth and let it soak over night then it should fade after time
