How much can you bench and curl and how long has it taken you to get up to that level?

I weight 175lbs and for curls I rep 4x10 @ 85 and bench 4x10 @225

When I was younger and in the Navy I could max bench 250 lb. weighing 150 lbs. Max curl should not be attempted since it can cause damage to your elbows. You should never max out on assistance/isolation exercises. Plus I would be more worried about your overall fitness than your bench and curls.

I can do at least 25 to 30 when I push myself. It took me about 4 to 5 months. working an hour every other day.
