Supposedly, the juice of wheatgrass is a cure for cancer but this claim has yet to be proven scientifically. It was also claimed that this was part of the diet of a people known as the Essenes and that manuscripts were found in the secret stacks of the Vatican library. Wheatgrass is indigestible but the common method of ingestion is from juicing. People claim it has a detoxifying effect on their bodies.

* cleanses and builds your blood,
* improves skin and hair,
* builds muscle and endurance
* fights infections,
* lowers blood pressure,
* dissolves tumors,
* acts as an appetite suppressant.
