For an officiant, type in your search engine your city, state, & wedding officiant. You should have your choice of a few. Or you can go here:

The Officiant will usually meet you at the location you choose. I'm sure there are many nice places in L.A. The wedding can be just you & the bride or you can have a small bridal party & a few guests.
