All these people complain about illegals taking there jobs but who the hell hires them if not people who are trying to save a buck here and there by hiring them for much less money than they know a person who lives here would if illegals knew that it would be a little harder to get a job over here i don't think there would be that many. We have to deal with those people too stop hiring illegals just so you can save a few bucks or stop charging them hundreds of dollars to get them across the illegals aren't the only ones to blame.

Certain jobs americans cant get because the illegals have run out the americans from these jobs.
How many non-hispanic people do you see working the following jobs...almost none!
housekeepers
gardeners
dishwashers
trash men
fast food workers
car washes (hand wash)
the majority of all cook jobs in chain restauraunts
and many more....
Try being non-hispanic and telling your son to apply at a fast food place. He will be laughed at. Illegals have taken over all the fast food work. They will take one look at an asian, black, white etc and NOT hire them because they only want latinos working there. Say what you want ..you know its true!!!!!!

Another thing. Construction jobs. They take those away from us too!
I had to laugh when i saw an article about a certain home builder company that is known for hiring illegals. These unskilled illegals are putting the houses together like junk, and after they sell the homes, the people buying them are having their walls flood with water from broken pipes, mold everywhere, bad electrical wiring ....
thats what you get when you hire unskilled labor!

It's funny to me to hear this. I grew up doing these jobs. I have worked in the fields, cleaned houses, and wiped the butts of the elderly. I have even worked in fast food. I see lots of other Americans who do the same everyday. Americans of every color.
I think Americans will do these jobs, but they can't be mistreated or paid below the minimum like an illegal. Americans will do these jobs, and there are lawsuits taking place right now against companies who chose to hire illegal instead.

I was Manager, of a Mcdonald's 1996-1998 I never hire any illegals. I hired teenagers, older people and immigrates. To be honest with u, I did hire alot of immigrates. They were hard workers and dependable. The older workers mostly wanted part-time only during lunch hours--no nites. Sorry to say, teenagers call in sick alot, always wanted time off---and high turnover. I had a job for anybody who wanted one. I think no one steal any JOB. If u think illegal steal job from u, u need to look in the mirror.
We have great education in system in American. use it. If are in professional above. LANDSCAPING, DISHWASHING, GARBAGE REMOVING---You should be foreman or owner. Or are you Job Hopping.

The problem here in Cali is that the employers frequently hire illegals for cash. No documentation woes, no paper trail, no employer contribution to taxes/unemployment insurance/social security, etc. The illegal, who frequently is willing to work for less anyway, is a real savings without employer contribution costs. Hence, yea, employers don't hire the US citizen who wants to pay his taxes, be covered if he's hurt on the job, do the right thing.

Yes. Some speculate that it is because employers may be hiring illegals for low wages and don't want others to find out. Honestly, it has been years since I applied for those kinds of jobs, but they used to be available for teen agers and those working their way through school. I understand they are tough for our teen agers to get now.

No it's not discrimination. Americans won't do those jobs for the little pay!! That is why illegals are doing them!! They don't have to pay state and federal taxes or pay into Social Secuirty

Well, yes, employers would have to pay more to get US citizens to do many of those jobs. And that's why the administration and corporate backed "super highway" is being built.

The illegals are taking jobs that I want!! Good paying jobs! In fact in my area we have factories that actually have a building just for them to work in!! And in another buisness if you aren't Mexican they give you a bad time and try to drive you out even distroying your vehicles. This is just a lie! Yes it's discrimination big time. And they are trying to pass laws giving them special treatment when hiring or getting housing. Around here it hasn't gone thru thankfully!

If employers wouldn't be so pinche and pay more money, then I believe most anyone would do it. The problem is employers rather pay for cheap labor.
