Does photoshop comes free?and depends what specifically u want to do. i have link to all media software free download wich i will put later(when i recall it)by re-edit my answer.but if u want to do basic jobs like putting words on pic,or adjusting colouring/tones effects ,i must say the software for editing our photographs with worldclass colour/tones ,special effects ,is provided by GOOGLE itself!And in the world of too much irreliability on net with things that come free,this one proves to b a great exception(google itself is an exception though).
