12th grade is not a good time to completely change education systems. It would also be a difficult time for you to learn how to home-educate. I suggest that instead of homeschooling you either:
- Enrol her in a distance education program. If her high school has one of these this would be ideal otherwise there are many online programs. This would enable her to study from home while having her learning supervised by the teachers that run the program.
- Examine her reasons for wanting to homeschool and try to resolve as many as possible without her actually withdrawing from her current high school. After all it is only a few more months.

It would be very unusual to begin homeschooling in 12th grade. It sounds like there has been some situation at school that is causing a problem for your daughter, and it would probably be better to deal with that issue than to avoid it. Also, if she's in 12th grade, it would make more sense to consider early graduation if she wants to leave school, rather than home schooling. Regardless of her situtation, the place to go is the school counselor and/or principal. They can let you know what the local rules are, and they will also want to know why she wants to leave the school she's in.

Your daughter wants to drop of out of school and miss her senior year?
This is not a question of homeschooling, there is some bigger problem here!
I hope she opens up to you and tells you what is really going on in her life

I stay in Texas and 12 is sufficiently old. all of the baby has to do is fill out a testimony stating that they are the splendid age and that they elect to stay with the determine of point out. except the different determine fights this, that's good adequate for the decide. maximum states have their statutes obtainable on line. i might Google that for Florida, yet i think of you will locate that your ex is right and except you are able to tutor him/her an undeserving determine, the decide will honor your daughter's request (assuming she is actual keen to pass there). in any different case, that's a custody conflict. have you ever talked on your daughter?

You can get started living in Wisconson by first buying a house and moving into it. You next have to buy furniture and appliances, and food. Then have the electricity, water and gas all turned on. From there, all you need is a job to make your mortgage payments. See... wasn't that easy!

you can contact the local department of education. See if they have any contract online courses. I know that alot of public education districts do this, but the best bet would be the local dept. of ed - they can tell you what is available in your area.
