There used to be a button on the old version where you can click it and see all the past websites you've visited that day, but the new version has no such button, and no pull-down menus up above. Am i missing something? I want to know how to view the history and how to clear it.

Click on the yellow star (the one for favorites without the green plus sign), and look to the right of the favorites button.
It is right there, to the left of the tabs.

You can access Explorer's History one of two ways. Either hold down the Control button, the Shift button and the 'H' button at the same time, or: click the View tab in the left-hand corner menu (the one between Edit and Favorites) and then scroll down (point your mouse cursor) to the Explorer Bar, which will list History as the second option. Select it and you can leave it open or close it whenever you want.

at the top left hand corner of IE7, to the right side of the two arrows to either go foward or back on pages, there is a small upside down diamond (black) Click on that then at the bottom of the menu, click on history. Good luck. Mikie.

Reboot - i understand its a suck one yet 9/10 situations it fixes the undertaking 2. bypass to my computing device - real click on it and click homes. bypass to greater - then click on standard overall performance settings. bypass to the greater tab and click on the "exchange" button on your digital memory and study what the default fee is desperate at. in many situations, your digital memory is a million.5 x the quantity of RAM you have put in (i.e. in case you have 1GB ram, your digital memory could desire to be set at a million.5 GB) After making particular that your digital memory buffer is desperate wisely - reboot and be conscious if it makes a distinction. BTW digital memory is secondary memory that your computing device makes use of to unload memory that your kit desires to function effectively. regrettably, VM isn't as right now at processing as trouble-free RAM and putting VM too severe isn't a clever element to do to spice up your structures standard overall performance. In relative words - a VM takes approximately 600x longer to end purposes than RAM - that the version between a 300 and sixty 5 days and 600 years! want this enables!

If you hit the ALT key, you'll see the pull-down menus available. You should then be able to go Tools->Delete Browsing History.
