I am a student at an acting school. I just found out that it is going to cost me $8,000 to finish school. I am not able to get a loan to help me with school or financial aid. The program that I am in is set up to where I will be able to finish in 3 years. But given my current financial situation I am not able to complete the program in that alotted time and it will take me and additional 2 years. My boyfriend (that I have known since the 7th grade) but only been dating for 6 months, his father owns an apartment building and said that his father has said that we can move in payin $600 dollars each for a spaciaous 3 bedroom. It has a shared backyard, I would be sharing with the tenants downstairs. I have a dog so this would be goo for her and me because then I wouldn't have to pay $400 a month for a dogwalker to take her out. In conclusion I can save $700 a month if I move in with my bf and I will be able to put myself through school. What should I do?

Just becasue it will work for you now doesn't mean that it will 6 months from now. Think long and hard about what you are considering. You have only dated 6 months and that is not very long at all. It was a generous offer that your boyfriend's father made, but I am afraid you will have to decline. I admire your determination in finishing school. Kudos to you! That is no small task. In my opinion, this would be a huge mistake and you should examine ALL your options. What about finding a roomate in need of a dog walker and you live there and walk her dog and your dog for reduced rent. Just throwing some ideas out there for you. Just because there is an easy solution to your problem, doens't make it the right one.

I:am sure that you would love to finish your schooling, but moveing in with your B.F. is not a good idea. I am sure that someone in your family would help you in your financial needs if you ask. And what do you think your B.F. wants in return?. Liveing with someone and not married to them just dont look good and, it gives you a bad rep.Why not ask your family for help. And you can apply for a grant from the Gov. What ever you do, Dont make the mistake and move in with your B.F.

Sure move in with him, but moving out is tough if it does not work. Harder to do than a break up so be prepared. I mean if you are not going to marry the guy... then you will have to move out one day. Or that would be really awkward for your husband, you and your ex-bf.. Make sense?
