Well don´t be angry with me. In the last century there were not many famous. I guess Martin Luther King was the most impressing one. He helped to create especially among poor and disadvataged groups unity and to form large christian communities. This helped many people to find new hope and to find salvation in religion, which many were not able to find in life.
Sure he had not much influence on white people, but he helped to spread religion among afroamericans and i think it is important, that religion contains all people. So if i can say so, he was some supermissionaire, who turned many nonbelivers to believe. Definetely an impressing christian leader.

I would say Billy Graham. He kept his integrity through fame, and that is not easy. As for Branham and Jackson, I met Jackson personally and read a lot of the Branham writings. I felt they were out to divide Christians in order to make a name for themselves, encouraging people to consider themselves "better than" the others. Their teachings were really not according to what I read in my Bible. A lot of fantasy.
I agree with Vinz - Matin Luther King is way up around the top of the list. I don't know much about Jesse Jackson, but something about him impresses me too. I just don't know enough to make a rational judgement.

I really admire Jimmy Swagert, he keeps proving over and over how ignorant and gullible Christians really are.

Adolf Hitler because he unmasked the true apocalyptic, militant, genocidal nature of Christianity.
