If she's coughing when doing this she might have gotten Kennel Cough. Take her to the vet and they can treat her. In the mean time keep her away from other dogs because this is contagious.

No one can properly answer this question other than a veterinarian. Your dog may be vomiting for several reasons, some of which may be serious. You should note anything you see in your dog's vomit and take him or her to the veterinarian. Tell your vet anything you know about your dog's eating and drinking habits, what the vomit looked like, how long the dog has been vomiting, and anything unusual that has been happened. A thorough examination will find the cause and determine the required treatment. Don't waste anymore time asking people on the internet who can't answer your question.

If your dog is the type that chews up stuff, gets into stuff she shouldn't then I would assume by your description a foreign body. Go in for an exam at least and have the DR palpate her and see if she shows signs of pain or discomfort. XRays might be needed to make a final determination.

My dog does that. She only does it after she drinks to much water too fast, maybe watch her intake of water and see if that might be the problem.

She should go to the vet ASAP. My beagle did that and it was a final-stage symptom of a bowel obstruction. He was sick from his own waste being stuck inside him. He almost died and the only way I knew he was even sick was his clear vomit.
too bad dogs can't talk and tell us what is wrong.

Call your vet and ask for advice. They will let you know what you can do at home or if she needs to be brought in.

Thus far, no one who answered your question is a veterinarian. So, you need to take her to one this afternoon, and get her started toward recovery.
