I'm 52, he's 57, he works 1:30 am to 11:30 am M-F. I work 8am to 5:00 pm M-F We see each other Friday 6:15pm until sometimes Sunday afternoon providing I go with him to his second job on Sunday morning at 2am to5:30am. I go to Church and meet back at his place until he lays down at 5:30 to start it all over again Monday at 2am. Seeing each other for 2 years. Do you think we'll ever commit to living together or something deeper?I know he loves me very much and I him also. His job is physically taking a toll on him and I feel like we both need to get away to another State and start over , even at our age. Help , my gut says do it but I'm scared....

Dear Crazyleggs; Thank you for commenting on my dilema. It will work out. When ya'll get married will she move in with you? Even if ya'll still don't get to spend alot of time together , at least ya'll will be laying next to one another more and get to cuddle close. Sounds lovely ! Thanks again.God Bless. Never quit Church for more time together. Duh !

I'm 51, she's 49. She works Mon. - Sat. 09:30 - 17:30 hrs. I work Mon. - Fri. 08:30 - 16:30 hrs. We live 2.5 hrs apart and so only see each other on weekends. On weekends where I travel to see her I usually arrive approximately 19:00 hr., and if she travels to see me she usually arrives about 21:00 hrs. We leave for our respected hometown's on Mon. mornings (early, really early). We have been seeing each other for nearly 3 years now and are getting married next May 20. So I suppose I told you my story as an example of yes it can work out providing you love each other equally and have an open and honest communication with one and other. Best of luck to both of you.

Why do you feel scared? You go for it it sounds like you have a hard working man. Honey just enjoy the time you have with him and everything else will fall in place.Even if you have to start over in another state you are still young. Life is to short to worry about small stuff. It sounds like you guys are committed to each other already. You have to ask yourself are you ready to live with this guy. or do you want to contiune to have the type of relatetionship you have. Good luck and do what ever makes you happy

You two have a lot on your plate. You should probably quit church - it would give you more free time for yourselves.
