Ignore anyone who says you can cook it slowly in the oven. Take the chicken from the freezer and leave it out overnight to defrost. The next day, make sure it is ENTIRELY defrosted before cooking it as normal.
You can defrost chicken in the microwave but personally I would never dream of doing so.
If I were you I'd order a pizza and have your chicken tomorrow.

It is never advisable to cook any kind of fresh chicken from frozen as the middle will not be cooked at the same time as the outer bits. It's ok to cook pre-made chicken in breadcrumb things as they are thinner and designed to be cooked from frozen.
Never ever put a frozen chicken in the oven as that way salmonella and hospital lie.......
If you absolutely have to cook it now then try microwaving it on the defrost setting. It will cook some of the chicken on the outside while it is defrosting but you can't help this. It should be ok if you check that there are no frozen bits inside it. It will be dryer than if you cooked it fresh but you can always pour loads of gravy over it to compensate.
Make absolutely sure that it is cooked (prick the thigh with a fork and check that the juices are clear).

You cannot cook a chicken from frozen, you must thaw it out first. The best way is to leave it on a plate in the refrigerator for about a day or so. Once it's thawed, you open the package, take out the gizzards inside and rinse it with cold water. Then you put it in a roasting pan (I use a covered old-fashioned blue one) and put some butter or oil on the skin and sage or poultry seasoning and salt. You can put some stuffing in it if you like. Then you simply roast it at 350 degrees for about a half an hour per pound or so.

Sorry, any method of dry cooking like roasting, frying or grilling will NOT yield you an edible product !!! Seriously. I am a chicken's worst nightmare and if there was any real way to cook it direct from the freezer, I have tried it.
The only chance you have is by poaching, (actually more like boiling ). It's the only way you can cook it thoroughly in a short enough period of time to avoid food born illness. You can use just plain water and a lot of salt. Or add other flavoring ingredients to the stock if you like. Also, the stock won't be any good for other things as it will be loaded with all the crab from the unwashed inside of the carcass.
