I'm half way through making a crumble and two of my apples have gone bad. I have rescued what I can but now don't have enough. Can I make it up with regular apples?

I would buy a TIN of apples and use them. Mixed in with your cooking apples and lots of lovely raisins it will taste lovely!

Yes! We only use cooking apples because they are larger and cheaper.
